Returns Policy

Peter Augustus Craft Butchers strive to provide you with the best quality product. If you receive a product that you are unhappy with due to its quality or an error of supply, please contact us within 24 hours. We will be happy to discuss the matter with you to determine the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Although we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or do not like the product we will happily listen to your concerns and provide recommendations for your next purchase. We want our customers to be satisfied and enjoy great tasting meals.

To ensure wholesomeness any products that are accepted for return must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. It is a requirement that any returned products are stored under 4 degrees Celsius.

All our home deliveries are packed into a polybox with ice packs and delivered to your door in our Safe Food Queensland registered vehicle. As meat is a perishable product and sensitive to temperature it is imperative that you store your delivery at or below 4 degrees Celsius as soon as possible after receiving it. All risk transfers to the purchaser at the point of delivery.
