Beef Bone Marrow has enjoyed something of a resurgence with Bone Broth being probably the most popular use for it, particuarly coming into winter for a hearty and nutritious soup. However, there are many other ways to enjoy Bone Marrow.
Simply roasted with salt and pepper and served with sourdough toast or roasted with salt and pepper as a topper for your Peter Augustus steak.
